Choreography
The Roof
Description
The Roof is a performance on the border of dance theater and art installation, where movement, sound, light and scenography coexist. Through abstract means of expression, we tell in it about the anxiety, fear, haste and the need to optimize every moment that affects us. We are absorbed by the vision of a world in which reaching the top is not the climax, but is associated with disappointment and insufficiency, because we always want more. So we rebel and seek a path to peace and serenity. Using movement sequences embedded in both meditation and dynamics, we attempt to capture beauty.
The Roof is not only a spectacle, but also an invitation to stop together. And if, in doing so, we find answers to questions that have bothered us so far, or on the contrary, have not bothered us so far, let's open ourselves to them.
