Description

Every existence is a story. It can be vivid, or entirely ordinary. But each one is different, someone’s. It is not true for everyone. Different stories can unfold parallel to one another, or intertwine and change direction. Together, they shape a diverse landscape.

Artist's/band's artistic biography

Maksymilian Hać – dancer, choreographer, instructor,and performer. The first Pole to study at the world’s leading street dance school, Juste Debout in Paris. Currently a student at the Music Academy in Łódź, Faculty of Stage Arts, specializing in Choreography and Dance Techniques. In 2023, as part of the “Przestrzenie Sztuki” programme, he performed in "Praca. melancholijna opowieść o błękitnych kołnierzykach" (Work: A Melancholic Tale of Blue Collars), directed by Andrzej Molenda. The performance was produced by the Lublin and Kielce Dance Theatres and presented at the *Dotknij Teatru* festival in Łódź in 2024, in collaboration with AOIA at the *Fuzja* festival. He has worked with Teatr Nowy in Łódź, the International Theatre Festival *Home and Home*, the Musical Theatre in Łódź, and the Puppet and Actor Theatre in Opole. He was a dancer in "W 80 dni dookoła świata po stu latach" (Around the World in 80 Days After 100 Years), directed by Jerzy Bielunas, with choreography by Maciej Florek and also collaborated with the Gabriel Faure Dance Conservatory in Les Mureaux for *Grand Bal* and was a dancer of the Kijo Dance Theatre. Choreographer for the opening ceremony of the 2023 Men’s Handball World Championship in Katowice. In 2018, he performed *Szekspir Improwizacje* (Shakespeare Improvisations) in celebration of International Theatre Day. He danced at the *Grand Bal* gala in Paris (2017) and at the opening of the 2017 global finals of Juste Debout in Paris. He has danced for artists like Amerie, Grubson, BRK, Marika, and Bartas Szymoniak. In 2015-2014, he choreographed *Jaka to melodia?* and in 2013 performed with the Mazowsze Song and Dance Ensemble at Woodstock (Pol'and'Rock), initiated by Jurek Owsiak. He also danced at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest with Polish representative Magdalena Tul. Commercial collaborations include brands such as Romet, Gatta, Mercedes, Red Bull, and Radio Zet. Finalist of *You Can Dance* (2009). From 2001 to 2006, he represented Poland in the PZTS and IDF federations, winning numerous international and national awards. For many years, he has conducted dance workshops and judged dance competitions across Poland Berenika Woś – dancer, choreographer, dance educator. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Choreography and Dance Techniques from the G. and K. Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź, Poland. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Choreography at the same institution. Since 2010, she has been a dancer at the Dance and Acrobatics Studio in Kielce, where she won various awards. She was also a dancer with the "Rewival" group, operating within the Kielce Dance Theatre, when she performed in the production "Cinderella", choreographed by Elżbieta and Grzegorz Pańtak. In 2022, she was an artist-in-residence at the Kielce Dance Theatre as part of the *Przestrzenie Sztuki* program, funded by the National Institute of Music and Dance and the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute. She has performed in dance shows such as "Matrix - Inspiracje", choreographed by Ilona Gumowska in collaboration with Teatr V6, "Kłącza", choreographed by Jacek Owczarek and Witold Jurewicz, "Powroty", choreographed by Krzysztof Skolimowski, and "Historie (nie)połączone", choreographed by Agnieszka Łuczyńska. She is the author of the dance solo piece "...i od początku", presented at festivals like the Solo Duo Dance Festival in Bytom, the Wrocław Dance Compositions, and the International Dance Theatre Meetings in the *Młoda Polska* module in Lublin. She has worked and trained with various renowned choreographers and dancers, including Jacek Owczarek, Witold Jurewicz, Anna Krysiak, Elżbieta and Grzegorz Pańtak, Natalia Madejczyk, Ilona Gumowska, Natalia Iwaniec, Aneta Bury, Adrianna Patłaszyńska, and others. Edyta Szachniewicz – dancer, choreographer, dance teacher. A graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin State Music School in Olsztyn and the street dance program at the Faculty of Stage Arts of Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź. She represents the hip hop style and is passionate about contemporary dance. On a daily basis, she leads various dance groups, creating original choreographies that are presented at showcases, festivals, and competitions. Additionally, she regularly works on stage movement with actors and vocalists. She has participated in certified international dance exchanges, including projects such as Łódź Live Your Passion, Poronin Break Day (3 editions), Imagination Groove in Croatia, Hip-hop Project in Romania, Music as a Whole in Malta, and Unity in Łódź, Stuttgart, and Strasbourg. She has also organized and implemented various projects and events, including Deaf do Dance, Dance for Children with Asperger Syndrome, Dance for Children with Autism, Łódź Battle Series, Hustle Heat, and an international project for the deaf community. She has performed and directed music videos for artists such as Liroy, Peja, and Abraham and works closely with Mania Studio. He views dance as an open form of movement, using diverse dance styles as tools to externalize emotions that engage and connect with the audience. Awarded multiple times in dance competitions as a soloist, and previously as a member of the acclaimed team Po Prostu Squad from Białystok. Currently a student at the Academy of Music in Łódź, specializing in Choreography and Dance Techniques. His artistic interests focus on movement direction, dramaturgy, and dance theatre. He experiments with and blends styles, regularly participating in various artistic ventures. She leads training sessions and lectures, creates choreographies, and directs projects based on various dance and stage forms across Poland. Agnieszka has participated in numerous artistic projects as a dancer, co-creator and choreographer, merging different art forms in collaboration with directors such as Jan Komasa, Natalia Kozłowska, Jędrzej Gorski, Katarzyna Dąbkowska, Marek Rachoń, Brian Fentress, as well as with the Kijo Dance Theatre, Skład Group, and the Capitol Musical Theatre in Wrocław. Her artistic work includes original choreographic pieces and the composition of stage movement for various stage productions, including dance performances, musicals, operas, multimedia shows, and concerts. In her creations, she seeks a specific movement and stage language for each project and explores connections between different artistic fields, collaborating with various artists.
