Indigestible

Moving images of unprocessed emotions. Not everything can be swallowed. And not everything should be. The performance is rooted in the language of abstraction/ we do not tell a story but build tension, rhythm, and structure through movement. We consciously work with bodily presence as a source of meaning, avoiding literalness. We are inspired by emotional processes, bodily memory, and the potential of movement as a form of expressing the unsaid.

Małgorzata Daroch- choreographer, dancer, and performer. She graduated from the Academy of Music in Łódź with a Bachelor’s degree in Choreography and Dance Techniques and a Master’s degree in Choreography. She works with the body through dance, improvisation, and conscious movement. As an instructor and stage artist, she focuses on combining physicality with emotionality, seeking individual movement qualities within the ensemble. The company was formed in November 2024 as part of a diploma project at the Academy of Music in Łódź. It consists of individuals studying artistic fields, working with the body, movement, and performance. At the core of our work is physical effort, collective presence, and individual expression- we continuously balance between shared rhythm and personal impulse. The performance “Indigestible” is the result of a process in which each performer influenced the development of the material, and the choreographic composition emerges from relationships, reactions, and resonance.
